TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a container for a cosmetic product having a period after given opening.
STATE OF THE ART
The invention relates, in particular but not exclusively, to the field of cosmetic products, such as creams, lotions, balms, etc. intended to be packaged in different types of containers such as jars, flasks, tubes, etc.
In this area, the regulations also require that the container of the cosmetic product contain precise indications as to its durability of use and this in order to improve the information provided to consumers.
The date of minimum durability is for example indicated by the mention "to be used preferably before end DD / MM / YY or MM / YY" on certain products.
By "date of minimum durability" is meant the date until which the cosmetic product, stored under appropriate conditions, the packaging or the container having in particular never been opened, continues to fulfill its initial function, retains its properties and remains safe for human health. There is also talk of "Best Use Deadline", under the acronym "Best before".
However, the indication of the durability date is compulsory only when the durability of the cosmetic product does not exceed 30 months.
When the durability of the cosmetic product exceeds 30 months, the products then generally bear another indication corresponding to the duration for which the product is safe after being opened and can be used without harm to the consumer.
This indication of duration is commonly called "P.A.O" acronym in French for "Période après Ouverture" (or in English "Period After Opening").
The so-called "PAO" period is thus indicated by a regulated symbol representing an open jar of cream, with a duration of use expressed in months and / or in years.
The period after opening is determined according to various criteria, in particular with regard to the risk of microbial contamination.
If the mention of the period after opening appears on the container containing the cosmetic product in accordance with the regulations, the mention of the "PAO" indicates a period, for example 6 or 12 months, and not a specific date, in particular by comparison with the aforementioned durability date.
When you want to know if a cosmetic product is safe, ie whether or not it has exceeded the corresponding limit of its period after opening, it is then imperative to know first of all the date of first opening of the product, only date from which it is possible to calculate whether or not we are still in the period after opening.
However, it is very rare that, in one way or another, we note the information that constitutes the date of first opening of a container of cosmetic product and therefore that we do not remember.
This is the reason why, we are generally in the total incapacity to know then if the product is expired or if we are still in the period after opening the product.
The object of the invention is very particularly to remedy this problem by proposing a solution to be able to easily control the period after opening of a cosmetic product.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
For this purpose, the invention provides a container for a cosmetic product having a period after given opening, said container comprising at least one electronic data processing device capable of reading one or more data which, associated with the product, are contained in a data carrier for selectively recording at least a first opening of the product so as to be able to calculate the period after opening of said product.
Advantageously, the first opening of the product is selectively detected by the electronic data processing device, in particular detected automatically by means of protection which must be removed in order to be able to use the cosmetic product packaged in the container.
According to the invention, the date of the first opening of the product is then recorded by the electronic data processing device whereby the period after opening (PAO) is then likely to be calculated.
Advantageously, the electronic device is connected to indicator means and / or an apparatus in order to be able in particular to alert in the event of expiration of said period after opening.
Advantageously, the device is a cordless telephone which has an application and which is capable of exchanging data with the electronic device contained in the container, said device communicating to it at least information relating to the period after opening (PAO).
Preferably, the electronic device communicates to the device the data which, associated with the product, are read from the data medium as well as the date of first opening and / or the time remaining before the expiration of the period after opening (PAO ).
Advantageously, the device also communicates the level of charge of the battery forming the means for supplying the device.
The application installed in the device then ensures that the level is always sufficient to guarantee the proper functioning of the electronic device integrated in the container and alerts when a change of the battery (battery) must be carried out.
The application allows the user to provide not only information on the cosmetic product of the connected container, in particular on the said period after opening (PAO), but also other information such as targeted advice, commercial offers , product authentication, etc.
The connected container, advantageously associated with an application installed on a phone, is an innovative concept allowing to establish personalized communication between a brand and its customers, users of cosmetic products.
According to other characteristics of the invention:
- the data carrier is an RFID tag capable of being read by radio frequency by said electronic device;
- removable protection means are arranged to form a screen preventing reading of the data medium by an antenna of the electronic device until said protection means are eliminated when the product is opened for the first time;
- the protection means consist of a part of a seal which is sealed to cover the product contained in the container;
- The container has a cavity capable of receiving a cartridge of cosmetic product for refilling the container with product;
- the data carrier is integral with the cosmetic product cartridge;
- The container and the cartridge include angular indexing means for positioning the data carrier relative to the antenna of the electronic data processing device;
- The electronic data processing device is capable of being supplied with electric current by supply means formed by at least one battery, such as a button cell;
- the electronic data processing device is able to occupy an active state and a passive state in which the device is stopped or in standby, in particular to reduce the consumption of electricity;
the electronic data processing device is capable of exchanging data with at least one electronic device, said device comprising a software application intended to deliver information via at least one display screen, at least one of which is relationship with the period after opening.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
In the following description, the longitudinal, vertical and transverse orientations will be adopted without limitation, with reference to the trihedron (L, V, T) shown in the figures.
By convention, the longitudinal and transverse orientations are determined in a fixed manner relative to the body of the container so that the open or closed position of the container lid is also without effect on the longitudinal and transverse orientations.
The terms "upper" and "lower" will also be used without limitation, with reference to the vertical orientation of the trihedron (L, V, T) as well as the radial direction which is orthogonal to the vertical orientation. The terms "internal or internal" and "external or external" are used respectively with respect to the container in general and very particularly with respect to the body of the container to designate an element located either inside or outside.
There is shown in Figures 1 to 5, an exemplary embodiment of a container 10 according to the invention which is given without limitation.
The container 10 is intended to contain a product having a given period after opening (PAO), in particular a cosmetic product.
A cosmetic product is only a preferred example of a product having a given period after opening (PAO). As indicated above, the period after opening (OAP) of a product is generally indicated in number of months, sometimes in year (s), and begins from the first opening of the product.
In the example shown in Figures 1 to 5, the container 10 is constituted by a jar intended for the packaging of a cosmetic product, in particular a cream.
In a variant not shown, the container 10 is for example constituted by a bottle, a tube, an applicator, in particular a "lipstick", a dispenser with a pump, etc.
The type of container is notably determined according to the cosmetic product, for example a cream, a lotion, a gel, a stick of balm or lipstick, etc.
As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 5, the pot 10 generally has on the outside a parallelepiped shape, here of a cube. Alternatively, the pot is cylindrical or any other geometric shape.
The pot 10 comprises at least one body 12 which is closed in its lower part by a bottom 14 as illustrated in FIG. 2 and which, on the other hand, can be opened or closed depending on the position of a cover 16.
As illustrated in FIG. 3, the bottom 14 of the pot 10 is a separate part which is capable of being fitted into the body 12.
The bottom 14 has a skirt 15 which extends vertically upwards and has radially outside a convex face intended to cooperate with a part of the internal face of the body 12 of the pot 10 located opposite when the bottom 14 is nested.
In Figure 1, the cover 16 being removed, the pot 10 is open to allow access to the packaged product, while in Figure 2, the pot 10 is inversely closed through the cover 1 6.
Preferably, the cover 16 is an independent part of the body 12 of the pot 10 in the open position. As a variant, the cover 16 is connected to the body 12 for example by a hinge ensuring a pivoting mounting of the cover 16 between at least one open position and one closed position of the pot 10.
Preferably, the cover 16 is made in two parts, respectively an external cover 18 and a sub-cover 20 intended to be mounted inside the cover 18.
In the exemplary embodiment, the sub-cover 20 is fitted inside the cover 18 so as to obtain the cover 16 of the pot 1 0.
Advantageously, connection means are provided between the two parts of the cover 16 to immobilize the undercap 20 relative to the cover 18. The connection means are for example produced by cooperation of shapes.
As illustrated in FIG. 3, the under-cover 20 has notches 22 distributed over its four lateral faces in which grooves 24 are engaged in a complementary manner inside the edge of the cover 18.
In FIG. 1, the under-cover 20 is not shown assembled with the cover 18 to constitute the cover 16 so that the notches 22 are also visible there.
The cover 16 includes sealing means 25 for sealing the jar 10 so as to protect the cosmetic product contained therein.
After assembly of the cover 18 and the under-cover 20, the cover 16 obtained advantageously has on the outside a shape that is homogeneous with that of the body 12 for the benefit of the general aesthetics of the pot 10 in the closed position.
The under-cover 20 has inside a thread 26 of circular shape which is complementary to a thread 28 of a neck 30 of the pot 10 to allow a screw connection between the cover 16 and the neck 30.
The neck 30 has radially on its external surface the thread 28 while the under-cover 20 has radially on its internal face the thread 26 complementary to the thread 28, said threads 26 and 28 are notably visible in FIG. 3.
The sealing means 25 for the cover 16 are produced in the form of a disc housed inside the cover 16, between an internal face of the cover 18 and the under-cover 20.
In the closed position, said sealing means 25 are compressed against an edge 32 of the neck 30 in order to ensure a tight closure of the pot 10.
Preferably, the pot 10 comprises stop means 34 which determine the final position of the cover 16 when the pot 10 is in the closed position.
The stop means 34 are for example respectively formed by two elastic arms 33 secured to the under-cover 20 and ίο two lugs 35 secured to the neck 30, the two arms 33 being arranged diametrically opposite one another while as are also the two pins 35.
In FIG. 1, the under-cover 20 and the sealing disc 25 have been respectively made transparent so as in particular to make the neck 30 visible.
The edge 32 of the neck 30 delimits a circular opening 36 opening into an internal cavity 38 which is formed in an upper part of the body 12 of the pot 10, said cavity 38 being intended to receive the cosmetic product directly or not.
Preferably, the cosmetic product is packaged in a cartridge 40 intended, in the position of use, to be received in the cavity 38 of the container 10.
Advantageously, the product cartridges 40 make it possible not to limit the pot 10 to a single use.
Thanks to the cartridges 40, the pot 10 can be used more than once by being successively reloaded with a new cartridge 40 when the cartridge 40 in place must be replaced, in particular if all of the product has been used or the period after use (PAO) has expired.
In a variant not shown, the cosmetic product is directly introduced into the cavity 38 formed in the body 12, without being packaged in a cartridge.
The cartridge 40 has at its upper end a rim 42 having in section a hollow profile in inverted "U" and in which penetrates the edge 32 of the neck 30 when the cartridge 40 is mounted in the cavity 38 of the pot.
The cartridge 40 is intended to be mounted in a determined angular position relative to the cavity 38 by means of angular indexing means.
In the exemplary embodiment, the cartridge 40 comprises at least one indexing pin 44, preferably a pair of pins 44.
The indexing pins 44 are intended to be housed in a complementary notch 46 which is formed inside the neck 30 of the pot 10 delimiting the opening 36.
Thanks to the angular indexing means, the cartridge 40 can only be mounted in the cavity 38 of the pot 10 in a position in which the indexing pins 44 are opposite the notch 46 of the neck 30.
The rim 42 of the cartridge 40 is circumferentially interrupted at least between the indexing pins 44 so as to delimit, with the notch 46 of the edge 32 of the neck 30, a passage slot 48 whose function will be described later.
The pot 10 includes a data carrier 50 comprising in particular information associated with the cosmetic product.
Preferably, the data medium 50 is an RFID tag which, also called "Tag" or "transponder", generally comprises at least one chip associated with an antenna.
Advantageously, the RFID tag forming the data medium 50 is a passive tag, that is to say as opposed to an active tag, a tag having no internal power source.
Remember that "RFID" is the acronym for "Radio Frequency [Dentification" and corresponds to a technology in which at least one reading of data contained in the RFID tag is carried out, without contact, by radio frequency by the through an “RFID interrogator” device, also sometimes called an “RFID reader”.
The “RFID interrogator” device is capable of emitting radio frequencies which will activate at least one RFID tag by providing it with the energy necessary for its operation, provided that the RFID tag is located at an appropriate detection distance which will in particular vary depending on the frequencies used, from low frequencies (LF) to high frequencies (HF), sometimes even higher.
The RFID interrogator device sends specific commands to which the label responds, one of the simplest responses generally being the return of identification data.
Of course, both RFID technology and the type of data carrier 50 are given as non-limiting examples.
As a variant, other equivalent technologies for contactless data exchange can be envisaged, for example by optical vision or by infrared link, in particular with linear bar codes or 2D codes of the QR Code type.
The "RFID" technology is preferred here in the application of the invention to a container for a cosmetic product because of its ease of implementation, its reliability and its cost.
Advantageously, the RFID interrogation of the data carrier 50 is more precisely carried out in “NFC” English acronym for “Near Field Communication” with which the data exchanges are carried out at very short distances, of the order of a few centimeters. .
In the exemplary embodiment, the data carrier 50 is integral with the cartridge 40. The cartridge 40 has a recess 52 in its external surface in which the data carrier 50 is intended to be placed. The data medium 50 is for example fixed by gluing to the cartridge 40.
Thanks to the recess 52, the data carrier 50 is perfectly integrated into the cartridge 40. In fact, the carrier 50 does not extend projecting relative to the external surface of the cartridge 40, in particular when said data carrier 50 is an RFID tag.
The cavity 38 is delimited radially by an internal wall which has a recess 54 intended to allow the installation of an antenna 56 (not shown in FIG. 1).
The antenna 56 is intended to allow at least the reading by radio frequency of one or more data from the support 50.
The pot 10 has in its lower part a housing 58 in which is arranged an electronic data processing device 60. The antenna 56 is connected to the electronic data processing device 60.
Thanks to the means 44, 46 for angular indexing described above, the data support 50 carried by the cartridge 40 is positioned relative to the antenna 56 of the electronic data processing device 60.
The notch 46 produced in the neck 30 and which cooperates with the pins 44 to form said angular indexing means of the cartridge 40 is located vertically above, vertically, the recess 54 intended for the implantation of the antenna 56.
The indexing means 44, 46 make it possible to position the data carrier 50 opposite the antenna 56, the carrier 50 and the antenna 56 then being separated from each other by a very short distance, on the order of a centimeter.
In the exemplary embodiment, the pot 10 has at least one wall 62 which extends horizontally forming a separation between the cavity 38 located above and the housing 58 of the electronic data processing device 60 located below.
The electronic data processing device 60 mainly consists of a card 65 of the printed circuit type for connecting the various electronic components.
Preferably, the card 65 is mounted integral with the bottom 14, for example immobilized by means of blocking means.
In the embodiment, the card 65 blocking means are constituted by two pins 61 which, forming the free end of a column integral with the bottom 14, are each inserted into a complementary hole 63 formed in the card 65 .
The pot 10 advantageously comprises means for fixing the bottom 14 with the body 12.
In the embodiment, the body 12 comprises for example two fixing lugs 64 which, visible in the section of FIG. 4, extend vertically downwards in the housing 58 and are intended to cooperate with two other lugs 66 of fixation.
The fixing lugs 66 are integral with the bottom 14 supporting the electronic data processing device 60 and extend vertically upwards from the bottom.
The free end 67 of each of the fixing lugs 64 and that 69 of each of the fixing lugs 66 are respectively configured to engage one with the other in order to ensure the retention of the bottom 14.
The free ends 67 and 69 in fact form hooks which engage when the bottom 14 is fitted vertically from the bottom up inside the body 12.
Preferably, the two fixing lugs 64 are made integrally, in one piece, with the partition wall 62.
As illustrated in FIG. 4, the partition wall 62 is then perforated at the base of the fixing lugs 64 so that the partition 62 does not seal the cavity 38 receiving the cartridge 40 of cosmetic product on the one hand and the housing 58 in which is arranged the electronic data processing device 60 on the other hand.
Preferably, a sealing partition 68 is disposed at the bottom of the cavity 38 to seal the housing 58 in a sealed manner. This protects the electronic data processing device 60, in particular from any contact with cosmetic product in the event of flow from the cavity 38 receiving the cartridge 40.
The sealing partition 68 advantageously completes the protection of the electronic data processing device 60 already obtained with the cooperation between the convex surface of the skirt 15 of the bottom 14 and the body 12 to isolate the housing 58 from the outside.
The electronic data processing device 60 is able to be supplied with electric current by supply means 70.
Advantageously, the means 70 for supplying the electronic device 60 comprise at least one battery.
Preferably, said at least one battery forming the supply means 70 is integrated in the housing 58 with the electronic data processing device 60 so as to keep the container, here the pot 10, its nomadic nature.
In the exemplary embodiment and as illustrated in FIG. 3, the supply means 70 are formed by at least one battery. The battery 70 is preferably a button battery which, of flat shape, has a small footprint.
Such button cells (for example CR2450, etc.) are commonly used to power electronic devices and therefore have the advantage of being readily available commercially and moreover inexpensive.
The bottom 14 has a hatch 72 to allow direct access to the stack 70 secured to the card 65 of the device 60 located inside the housing 58 of the pot 10.
Advantageously, the hatch 72 makes it possible to be able to change the battery 70 when it becomes necessary to guarantee the supply of the device 60. Such a change is for example carried out once a year, preferably approximately every two years.
The access hatch 72 has an opening capable of being closed by a retractable cover 74, the cover 74 advantageously comprising a seal (not shown).
Many variants of the supply means 70 are possible for supplying electric current to said electronic data processing device 60.
The choice of the supply means 70 is notably determined as a function of design parameters such as the desired autonomy, the consumption of the electronic data processing device 60, etc.
As a variant, the electronic data processing device 60 is powered without contact to recharge an internal battery by induction, for example using Qi technology.
By comparison with supply means 70 constituted by a button cell, such a battery remains on board, integrated inside the pot 10 but does not require intervention in order to change it.
The hatch 72 formed in the bottom 14 according to the embodiment described above could for example be deleted.
As a variant, the supply means 70 comprise a photovoltaic cell supplied with solar energy to supply the device 60 and this as a main or secondary supply source.
Of course, the means 70 for supplying the device 60 can also be produced in a more conventional manner for recharging a battery, not without contact, but with a wired connection, for example by means of an electric cord capable of being connected. via a transformer to an electrical outlet.
According to another variant, a cable with a USB or equivalent plug is used to charge an internal power supply battery of the electronic device 60.
Advantageously, such a USB cable can also make it possible to carry out data exchanges between the electronic data processing device 60 and at least one device, such as a computer, a tablet or a telephone.
Advantageously, the electronic device 60 according to the exemplary embodiment is able to occupy an active state and a passive state so as not to operate continuously, in particular to reduce electrical consumption and increase its autonomy.
The electronic device 60 is able to occupy an active state in which the device 60 will at least read data from the support 50 and a passive state in which the device 60 is stopped or in standby.
The pot 10 comprises at least one control member 76 capable of controlling at least the ignition of the device 60, that is to say a change of state from the stop to said active state.
As illustrated in FIG. 2, the pot 10 has a hole 78 in the bottom 14 to allow the through mounting of such a control member 76.
The control member 76 is for example a switch or a button. The control member 76 has one end connected to the card 65 of the electronic device 60 located inside the housing 58 and another end which projects outwards so that it can be actuated manually.
Preferably, the electronic data processing device 60 is selectively controlled by means of an internal clock between said active and passive states in which the device 60 is put on standby.
The electronic data processing device 60 is therefore not stopped after it is switched on but preferably kept on standby.
The device 60 is for example controlled to pass from the passive state to the active state at least once a day, so as to be able to detect a new data medium 50 with a search frequency which is daily.
As a variant, the control member 76 is an on / off type switch for selectively controlling the electronic device 60 between said active and passive states.
The electronic data processing device 60 is capable of reading one or more data which are contained in the data carrier 50 by means of the antenna 56.
Said data contained in the support 50 are in particular associated with the cosmetic product. In a nonlimiting manner, the data are for example information such as a product reference allowing an identification, a manufacturing date, a duration corresponding to the period after opening (or PAO), a unique serial number in order to allow '' check its authenticity, etc.
The electronic data processing device 60 is in particular able to selectively record at least a first opening of the product so as to be able to subsequently control the period after opening (PAO) of said product.
The electronic device 60 records for example the date of the day corresponding to the first opening of the product.
The electronic device 60 then makes it possible to automatically carry out a calculation of the period after opening (PAO) in order to be able to control it and preferably to alert when the period after opening (PAO) has expired, expires or will expire.
The data medium 50 is automatically read by radio frequency as soon as said medium 50 is in the detection field of the antenna 56 of the electronic data processing device 60, provided that the latter is in the active state.
According to the embodiment described above, such a reading of the data medium 50 occurs during the introduction into the cavity 38 of the pot 10 of a cartridge 40 comprising said data medium 50.
The device 60 will read the data contained in the data medium 50 and will thus identify for the first time the medium 50 carried by the cartridge 40, the device 60 then records at least the date corresponding to the first opening.
However, and as indicated above, a jar 10 which can be refilled with cosmetic product by means of cartridges 40 is only a non-limiting example of embodiment.
In the absence of cartridge 40, it is necessary to have the assurance that the detection of a data carrier 50 by the device 60 on a given date actually corresponds to the date of first opening and this in order to then be able to calculate reliably the period after opening (PAO).
Preferably, removable protection means 80 are interposed to form a screen between the data medium 50 and the antenna 56 of the electronic data processing device 60.
The screen protection means 80 are intended to prohibit the reading of the data medium 50 before said protection means 80 are eliminated when the product is opened for the first time.
In the exemplary embodiment, the cartridge 40 advantageously comprises a cover 82 intended to protect the cosmetic product, in particular from any contact with air.
The cover 82 is for example thermally sealed on the rim 42 of the cartridge 40 to preserve the cosmetic product contained in the cartridge 40 between manufacture and the first opening for use.
Preferably, the cover 82 is made of a metallic material, for example aluminum.
Advantageously, the protection means 80 are designed to guarantee that their elimination is obtained simultaneously with the first opening of the product, that is to say is concomitant with the latter.
Indeed and according to the embodiment, the introduction of a cartridge 40 into the pot 10 is not necessarily accompanied by a first opening of the product, the cover 82 can certainly be removed immediately but also be later.
The date recorded by the device 60 could then be inaccurate and consequently the calculation of the period after opening (PAO) distorted, erroneous.
It should be noted that a similar problem is likely to occur in an embodiment without cartridge 40, when the cosmetic product is packaged directly in the jar 10.
To remedy the problem of discrepancy between the date recorded by the device 60 and the effective date of the first opening of the product, it is also possible to use the control member 76 to selectively activate the device 60, in particular by passing it from stopping in the active state or by thus commanding a reset of the device 60.
However, there is always a risk of lag, for example if you forget to activate the device 60 when the product is opened for the first time or if the control member 76 is actuated involuntarily before the product is opened for the first time.
According to a particularly advantageous characteristic, the protective means 80 forming a screen consist of a part of the cover 82.
Advantageously, the cover 82 is made of a metallic material, such as aluminum, which is suitable for obtaining a screen which is capable of blocking the reading of the data medium 50 by the antenna 56 of the device 60.
Said part of the cover 82 forming the protection means 80 is for example constituted by a strip 84 which, of a determined width, extends from the cover 82 to completely cover the data medium 50 and form said screen.
Preferably, the strip 84 extends over a sufficient length to allow the free end to be fixed beyond the data carrier 50, on the cartridge 40, for example under the bottom of the cartridge 40.
The free end of the strip 84 is advantageously fixed to the cartridge 40, for example by gluing, in order to immobilize the protection means 80 so as to be able to guarantee its role as a screen in front of the data medium 50.
Advantageously, the band 84 is fixed so as to immobilize it while, however, yielding easily when a tensile force is applied to the band 84.
Such protection means 80 will be eliminated simultaneously with the cover 82 during the first opening of the product, more precisely here the opening of the cartridge 40.
Advantageously, the cover 82 comprises gripping means (not shown), such as a tongue or an ear, intended to facilitate their elimination during the first opening of the product.
In the exemplary embodiment, the protection means 80 are capable of being eliminated even when the cartridge 40 is located inside the cavity 38 of the pot 10, in the position of use.
The user wishing to carry out a first opening of the product will remove the cover 82 from the cartridge 40, if necessary with the help of the gripping means offering him an unsealed free part which can be easily grasped.
When the user has finished removing the cover 82, having completely separated it from the rim 42 of the cartridge 40, the continuation of the tensile force then allows it to simultaneously eliminate the protection means 80.
In fact, the strip 84 forming the protection means 80 is advantageously free to be extracted simultaneously with the cover 82 thanks to the passage slot 48 formed between the rim 42 of the cartridge 40 and the edge 32 of the neck 30.
Consequently, the realization of means 80 of protection in one piece with the cover 82 offers the guarantee that the date recorded by the device 60, now free to read the data medium 50, does correspond to the date of first opening of the product.
In the absence of means 80 for protection, the electronic device 60 performs via the antenna 56 a reading of the data medium 50 which medium 50 then delivers it in particular information making it possible to identify the cosmetic product.
Preferably, the information read by the device 60 includes the duration of the period after opening (PAO) of the product, for example 6 or 12 months.
Thanks to the elimination of the protection means 80, the device 60 can record the date of the first opening of the corresponding product in the example on the day of removal of the cover 82 covering the cartridge 40.
The device 60 then has the necessary data capable of being transmitted and / or used directly to calculate a period of time since said date of first opening in order to determine whether said period after opening (PAO) of the product has or has not expired.
To do this, the device 60 proceeds, for example, to a comparison between said duration elapsed since the date of first opening and the duration of the period after opening (PAO) of the product.
Advantageously, an alert is given in particular when the elapsed time being greater than the duration of the period after opening (PAO), said period after opening (PAO) of the product has expired, exceeded.
As a variant, the protection means 80 are also capable of being eliminated before introducing a cartridge 40 into the pot 10, in particular but not exclusively when the protection means 80 forming a screen are independent of the cover 82.
The protection means 80 are then advantageously provided with gripping means to facilitate their elimination, for example by traction as for the cover 82.
The protection means 80 such as the data medium 50 are not necessarily integral with the cartridge 40 of cosmetic product.
As a variant, said protection means 80 are integrated directly into the structure of the pot 10, regardless of whether the pot 10 is rechargeable or not by means of a cartridge 40.
As a variant, the protection means 80 are capable of being eliminated simultaneously when the container is opened for the first time, the protection means 80 being for example connected to the cover 16 so as to be torn off automatically when the pot 10 is opened for the first time.
Preferably, the protection means 80 are then not secured to the data support 50, whether the latter is housed in the pot 10 or secured as previously to a refill
40.
If the metallic materials used for the cover 82 are suitable for obtaining a screen, the protection means 80 are also capable of being obtained with other materials, for example a plastic film comprising at least one conductive layer to form said screen. .
As a variant, the protection means 80 are integral with the data support 50 and cover it to form a screen for exchanges, reading and / or writing, by radio frequency with the electronic device 60 of the pot 10.
Advantageously, the electronic data processing device 60 is able to exchange data with at least one electronic device (not shown).
Preferably, said at least one electronic device is in particular a portable telephone, a tablet, a computer or any other similar device comprising in particular at least one display screen.
Preferably, the device 60 communicates with the device using a technology of the type "BLE" acronym in English for "Bluetooth Low Energy".
As a variant, the exchange of data between the device 60 and the apparatus is carried out using any other equivalent technology of data exchange, preferably "contactless".
The electronic device advantageously includes a software application which is intended to deliver information relating to the cosmetic product and in particular the period after opening (PAO).
Preferably, the electronic device 60 communicates to the apparatus the data which, associated with the product, are read from the data carrier 50 as well as the date of first opening and / or the time remaining before the expiration of the period after opening. (PAO).
Advantageously, the device 60 also communicates the level of charge of the battery forming the means 70 for supplying the device.
The application installed in the device ensures that the battery level is always sufficient to guarantee the proper functioning of the electronic device and is capable of generating an alert when a battery change has to be made.
The application installed in the device allows the user to provide not only information on the cosmetic product of the connected container, in particular on the said period after opening (PAO), but also other information such as authentication. product, targeted advice, commercial offers, etc.
The application includes, for example, a calendar function or communicates with the calendar of another application installed on the device.
In a variant not shown, the container 10 includes indicator means (not shown) to enable the period after opening (PAO) of the product to be controlled, said indicator means being for example light display means and / or warning means sound.
The light display means are for example constituted by a digital screen in particular capable of displaying the expiration date of the period after opening (PAO), as a variant by at least one lamp, in particular of LED type emitting for example selectively a red light when the period after opening (PAO) has expired. Of course, the invention is not limited to a container formed by a pot according to the exemplary embodiment and could be applied to other examples of containers such as a tube, a bottle, etc. which can also be for single use or refillable with product cartridges.
As a variant, the electronic data processing device can be integrated into any part of the container, said device is for example integral with a stopper intended to ensure the closure of a tube, the tube then constituting a product cartridge so as to allow the cap to be reused.
